If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect stock information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If your payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • International duties and import taxes are covered by PNARU only where this is explicitly stated at checkout (e.g., “Duties included”). If not stated, such charges may be collected by local authorities or the carrier.

7) Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Key summary (for convenience only):

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original box
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (return label provided upon request)
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within the stated timeline

In case of any conflict, the full Return & Refund Policy will prevail.

14) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.
