This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.pnaru.com and shipped to Türkiye, the EU, the UK, and the US.

2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (the “Return Window”).
3. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Returned with the original box (required) and any included components (e.g., dust bag, inserts, accessories, documentation)
- Free from marks, wear, odors, or any alteration
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email info@pnaru.com within the Return Window and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return (optional, but helpful)
Once your request is received, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
5. Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- We will provide a return label after you contact us; the cost of return shipping may be billed to you or deducted from the refund (depending on the carrier arrangement for your destination).
- You are responsible only for the return shipment.
6. Inspection Upon Receipt
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect it within 2 days to confirm eligibility.
If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund. If it is not approved (e.g., used item, missing original box), we will contact you with next steps.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit card).
- After approval, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- Depending on your bank/card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Partial Refunds
If you returned only part of a multi-item order, you will receive a refund for the returned item(s) only.
8. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees (International Orders)
For international orders (EU/UK/US):
- Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not refundable.
- Any fees charged by your local authorities or carrier are outside our control.
9. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact info@pnaru.com first. We may ask you to keep the item in its original condition (and, where applicable, unopened and unhandled) while we confirm exchange eligibility and stock availability.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- If the requested exchange item is not available, you may choose a refund instead (subject to the policy above).
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@pnaru.com within 2 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos and video showing the issue and packaging
After review, we may offer (at our discretion):
- A free exchange (including return shipping), or
- A full refund (including return shipping), where applicable
11. Order Cancellation
- If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing info@pnaru.com.
- If your order has already shipped, it will be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
